TRAINING STRUCTURE

Each session starts with a dynamic warm up with various movements and stretches. Trainings focus on balance, coordination, speed and agility. Players can expect hundreds of touches on the ball for technical development. This would be in the way of various dribbling techniques, passing and receiving, settling out of the air, striking, etc. The training finishes out with a player centered approach on areas of improvement based on coaches evaluations and recommendations.
